Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

14-Day Cancellation (Distance Sales)

Where a purchase is made remotely (online, via DM, email or telephone), UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise this right:
• Written notice must be provided within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
• The item must be returned in the exact condition received, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, dust bags, boxes, locks, keys and documentation included.
• Return shipping must be fully insured and trackable at the client’s expense.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may be made.

Exempt Transactions

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
• Items sourced to a client’s specific request or bespoke specification.
• Items secured following a paid sourcing retainer.
• Private sale agreements.
• In-person transactions.
• Business-to-business transactions.

Holding deposits and sourcing retainers are non-refundable.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is materially misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality (taking into account its pre-owned status), you may:
• Reject the item within 30 days for a full refund; or
• Request repair or replacement where appropriate.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Pre-Owned Condition Disclosure

Unless explicitly stated as store fresh, all items are pre-owned.

Natural signs of wear consistent with age and use do not constitute faults.

Detailed photography and condition reporting are provided prior to purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items are guaranteed authentic.

In the unlikely event authenticity is disputed, verification must be carried out by a mutually agreed reputable third-party authentication service. If proven otherwise, a full refund will be issued upon return.

Delivery & Risk

All items are shipped fully insured.

Risk transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery and signature.

International clients are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
